From building VLSI Operation Groups to driving overall foundry/OSAT strategy, Reuben has extensive experience in managing all aspects of operations, from sourcing to production execution, yield enhancement, cost reduction, and more. With a background in BSEE and MSEE in Device Physics from San Jose State University, Reuben is a seasoned leader in technology, engineering, and operational domains.
