Narendra Gangwar serves as the Lead Operations Excellence at Deepak Group Co since February 2013, spearheading initiatives across five plants. Previous roles include Head Projects Purchase, overseeing procurement for significant expansions, and Unit Head for the Dahej Unit, where successful strategies led to a financial turnaround, increased production, quality improvements, and optimized product and customer mixes. Earlier experience encompasses the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO, where Narendra contributed to significant growth and operational efficiency. Additional positions held include Operations Manager at CEAT Tyres Limited, Technical Engineer at HPCL focusing on environmental management systems, and Junior Manager at Steel Authority of India Limited. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Finance & Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from HBTI Kanpur.
