Ritesh Pal

Ritesh Pal has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Ritesh started their career as a Management Trainee at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd in 2005. From there, they served as a Senior Executive Human Resources at TI Automotive from 2006 to 2008. Following that, Ritesh worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, overseeing the end-to-end HR operations and industrial relations for the lighting division. In 2010, they joined ITT as an Asst. Manager Human Resources. Ritesh then transitioned to A. Schulman, Inc., where they became the Head HR for Indian Operations, responsible for establishing the organization from the ground up and managing various HR functions. Ritesh later joined Pratham Enterprises in the role of Head of Human Resources (General Manager) before taking on their current position as the Corporate HR Lead at Deepak Phenolics Limited.

Ritesh Pal earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Geology, Mathematics, and Physics from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2001. In 2004, they completed a Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) from the same university. Ritesh also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Practices in 2006 from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Ritesh further pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Anand Law College, Anand, which they completed in 2017. Ritesh's education also includes a Higher Secondary degree in Science from V. V. V. Matriculation Higher Secondary School in 1996. Ritesh has obtained various certifications in leadership and innovation skills from Skillsoft and LinkedIn Learning.
