Sanjay Jalla

Sanjay Jalla has extensive work experience in the chemical and petrochemical industry. Sanjay is currently the Head of Strategic Sourcing at Deepak Group Co since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Procurement at Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd. from October 2017 to February 2021. Before that, they held the position of Business Head of Acids & Anhydrides at Laxmi Organic Industries Limited in October 2017. From April 2012 to September 2017, Sanjay was the Sr. General Manager of Strategy & Business Development at Deepak Fertilisers And Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd., where they were responsible for developing strategic growth paths and analyzing business opportunities in the chemical and petrochemical sector. Sanjay also served as the Deputy General Manager of Strategic Business Development at DFPCL from September 2010 to April 2012. Throughout their career, Sanjay has gained valuable experience in marketing as well, having worked as the Senior Manager of Marketing at RPG Enterprises from April 1998 to August 2009.

Sanjay Jalla completed their EGMP degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained their MBA with a focus on Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 1991 and 1993. Sanjay completed their earlier education in chemistry at Vishwa Bharti School Srinagar from 1980 to 1990.
