Maria Chmir has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2013, they worked as a BD Manager at MADS, focusing on creative and conceptual thinking courses. From 2014 to 2016, Maria founded Grain in Brain, an event generator in the Urals. In 2015, they were a New Business Manager at Voskhod, where they focused on business development and strategy.
