Matthew Lightman is an accomplished machine learning engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Deepgram since September 2023, Matthew focuses on enhancing automatic training for speech models and integrating Large Language Models for conversational AI. Previous roles include a Machine Learning Engineer at Meta, where Matthew improved the Instagram Feed Ranking algorithm, and a Senior Machine Learning Researcher at Deepgram, concentrating on developing deep neural network models for audio transcription.
