Job Description

Our AI-Scribe has recently gone viral in the field of healthcare, leading to hyper-fast growth in every aspect - customer-base, product offering, team, and healthcare footprint.

As we grow, scaling our product to the next level becomes the next big challenge we tackle. We're looking for someone who can come in, learn the ropes, and grow quickly into a leadership role. Here's what you'll be doing:

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the architecture that powers our AI and integrations
• Take charge as one of the key technical authorities in the company, representing our product, infrastructure, and security measures to clients, partners, and industry
• Build the new infrastructure that empowers our engineers to manage and deploy our new features and services into production
• Contribute to and design new engineering policies and procedures with scaling in mind
• Mentor, coach and support the people around you
• Technologies we use: React, Python, Docker, Postgres, Pytorch

Our state-of-the-art models are ingesting and generating summaries for thousands of real-life patient-physician interactions daily across iOS and web platforms, and integrate into a variety of different EHR data vendors.

You’ll be an integral part of DeepScribe, working on the core tech that makes our product what it is today. It doesn’t stop there though. As we collect more and more rich conversational data, get ready to shape the future of data-driven care.

You'll have no problem growing into leadership. • Managed/led/directed a team of engineers, including but not limited to holding scrums, defining processes/principles, conducting code reviews, and designing pipelines.
• Created product from start to finish as a co-founder/CTO/VP Eng/Director of Eng/Engineering Lead (design, develop, deploy, scale)
