Brant Martens

Brant Martens is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Engineering at Deepwatch since June 2025, Brant previously held various leadership roles at ReliaQuest, including Vice President and Senior Director of Software Engineering. At Walmart eCommerce, Brant acted as Interim Director of Software Engineering for Hayneedle, managing a team of over 35 professionals through significant restructuring and implementing agile methodologies. Brant’s career spans roles at Hayneedle.com and Micros Retail Systems, where responsibilities included leading API engineering teams, designing RESTful web services, and mentoring software engineers. Brant holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
