Robby Gaines

Robby Gaines is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both software development and real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Deepwatch since October 2024, Robby previously held the role of Account Executive at MBM Capital Partners, a multifamily real estate investment firm, since August 2019. Prior to these positions, Robby worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Guild Education and as a Software Engineer at Agile Transformation Inc. and Healthgrades, where skills in React and Redux were utilized. Robby began a career in real estate as a Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams Realty, achieving notable sales in the first year, and previously contributed to community service initiatives as a Business Development Associate at Reach_Community. Robby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University and recently completed a program in Mastering Sales from Kellogg Executive Education.
