Paul Beindorff currently serves as Project Manager at Deerns since February 2024, following a tenure at INNAX from September 2019 to February 2024, where involvement encompassed various sustainable real estate projects, including Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) initiatives and ParisProof route mapping. Prior to that, Paul held the position of Product Manager/Product Owner at Vabi Software from June 2014 to September 2019, focusing on software product management and supporting users of Vabi Elements, Vabi EPA, and Vabi UO. Between December 2008 and May 2014, Paul worked as a Sales Engineer and Project Manager at Techneco Energiesystemen BV, overseeing projects from inception to completion, and conducted a graduation internship involving the feasibility study and implementation of a new heat pump control system. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and a high school diploma from C.S.G. De Willem van Oranje.
