Cecilie Fritzner has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Cecilie started their career as a Q&S Manager at V.Ships Norway AS in 1996, and later moved on to positions such as Project Coordinator and TOM Manager Region Europe at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics AS. In 2006, Cecilie became an HR Advisor Oslo at the same company before transitioning to the role of Global HR, where they specialized in the development of global HR policies and international assignments. Cecilie then worked as an HR Manager at REC Wafer from 2008 to 2011 before taking on the role of HR Director at REC ASA until 2013. Cecilie'smost recent position is Group HR Director at DEFA AS.
From 1991 to 1995, Cecilie Fritzner attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where they obtained a Master's degree in Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering.
