Bertram Y.

Bertram Y. is a Senior UX Designer at DSTA, having joined in November 2018, where responsibilities include leading the product development of FlightBridge, a flight management system for the Republic of Singapore Air Force. Previously, Bertram worked as a UX Designer focusing on military Command, Control, and Communication systems, confronting complex procedures while ensuring user needs were met. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Designer, where time was dedicated to learning domain specifics and assisting in prototyping and documentation. In July 2018, Bertram completed a pro-bono webstore audit for Razer Inc., presenting research findings to the company's Web Team. A freelance multi-disciplinary designer from 2014 to 2018, Bertram collaborated with various artists on digital illustration projects. Education includes a User Experience Design Immersive at General Assembly (2018) and a Diploma with Merit in Experience and Product Design from Singapore Polytechnic (2012-2015).
