Claudia Tan

Claudia Tan is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Assistant Director for Compensation and Payroll at DSTA since March 2022. Prior to this role, Claudia held the position of Assistant Director for Compensation and Workforce Planning at DSO National Laboratories from April 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included designing and reviewing compensation strategies and overseeing performance management policies. Claudia's extensive experience at DSTA from April 2005 to April 2021 as Assistant Director of HR involved leading a team of recruiters to implement talent acquisition strategies and enhance the employer brand. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
