Sai Sujith Seelam

Sai Sujith Seelam has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sai Sujith started their career as an Internshala Student Partner, where they promoted and marketed the platform and its products to college students. Sai Sujith then worked as a Software Engineer at Franklin Templeton Investments, where they developed and supported investment research applications and ensured compliance with InfoSec standards. Sai Sujith also worked as a Restaurant Team Member at KFC, where they provided friendly and efficient customer service. Sai then joined the New Zealand School of Radio Limited as a Technical Support Analyst, where they prepared technical responses, analyzed issues, and performed software patching. Most recently, they worked at DEFEND as a Cyber Security Engineer and later as a Cyber Security Squad Lead, where they were responsible for maintaining high standard security operations for customers, supporting the team, and delivering consistent and reliable security operations capability.

Sai Sujith Seelam pursued a Master's degree in Information Security & Digital Forensics from Auckland University of Technology from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Sai Sujith Seelam has obtained various certifications. Sai Sujith participated in the Microsoft Security Cloud Week Technical program offered by Microsoft in June 2022. Sai Sujith also completed the Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in June 2021. Sai Sujith Seelam is a candidate of (ISC)², having obtained this designation in April 2023. Furthermore, they achieved the Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate certification from Microsoft in July 2022.
