Peyton King is an experienced Application Software Engineer currently working at Defibtech, LLC since June 2021, following roles as a Research & Development Co-op and Software Engineer Intern. Prior to this, Peyton served as a Peer Academic Leader at Southern Connecticut State University, providing academic support for Computer Science courses, and as an SCSU iGEM Ambassador, delivering tutorials on mobile and game development in Unity while contributing to UML diagrams for applications. In April 2020, Peyton was a Research Fellow of Machine Learning through the Industry Academic Fellowship, focusing on Genetic Programming. Previous experience includes a position as Business Support Coordinator at Somerset Group, Inc. Peyton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
