Ahmad Rifai

Ahmad Rifai is an experienced professional in solutions architecture, currently serving as the Director of Solutions Architecture at Defined.ai since August 2023. Previously, Ahmad held positions as Solutions Architect at Appen from August 2021 to August 2023, and at Lionbridge from January 2013 to August 2021, where roles included Solutions Architect, Senior Program Manager, and Project Manager. Work at Lionbridge involved engaging technical experts and representing solutions within contact center enterprises. Earlier career experiences include research internships at the U.S. Department of State and The Washington Institute for Near East Policy. Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from American University, completed in 2012.
