Gisella G. has extensive experience in process analysis and business operations, with a current role as Senior Process Analyst in Claims Transformation at Definity since June 2015. Previously, Gisella served in various capacities at Definity, including Senior Process Analyst for TS Business Process Solutions and Application Solutions, as well as Process Analyst for Underwriting Operations. From April 2013 to June 2015, Gisella worked as Lead Process Specialist in HR Operations on a contract basis at the University of Waterloo. Prior experience includes positions as Business Process Lead and Analyst at Research In Motion, and Senior Analyst in Finance at Preferred Benefits Alliance. Early in the career, Gisella held the role of Accounting Assistant at Modular Fluid Power. Educationally, Gisella holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and has attended multiple institutions for further studies. Additionally, Gisella is Six Sigma Greenbelt certified.
