Jane McGeagh

Jane McGeagh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and digital transformation within the public sector. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Digital Data Technology and Security at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since September 2018, Jane oversees various critical functions including capability development, communications, and change management. In addition to this role, Jane chairs the Project 6 Voluntary People Committee and serves as a Voluntary Board Trustee. Previous positions include Deputy Director Portfolio Support, Head of Portfolio Support for the EU Exit Digital Services Portfolio, and Head of Change PMO and Digital Transformation at Natural England. Jane has also held roles in communications management and project delivery, contributing significantly to organizational change and digital initiatives throughout her career. Jane holds a degree from Queen Margaret University.
