Lana Brezak

Lana Brezak is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, specializing in water sector delivery since December 2023. Previously, Lana held various roles at the Environment Agency from October 2018 to November 2023, including Advisor, Crime Analyst, and multiple positions as an Intelligence Research Officer with a focus on both the National Team and Illegal Waste Exports Team. Lana served as a Delegation Liaison Officer during COP26, the UN Climate Change Conference, from September to November 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Terrorism, International Crime and Global Security from Coventry University, a Level 4 Diploma in Intelligence Operations, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Zagreb. Additional professional development includes a program from the Chartered Management Institute.
