Erwin Dral is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and customer engagement within the technology and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as Customer Engagement Manager at Deftpower since May 2025, previous roles include Customer Success Manager at Dexter Energy, where responsibilities included maximizing customer success and revenue for strategic accounts across the EU.
