Jonathan Bailey is an experienced Associate Patent Attorney at Dehns, where employment began in September 2015, with previous roles as a Patent Attorney and Technical Assistant. Prior to this, Jonathan served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Bristol, focusing on Synthetic Inorganic and Organometallic Chemistry. Jonathan's research and analytical expertise were further developed through positions as a Research Chemist at Synthon, a QC Chemist at Mundipharma Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, and a Research Assistant at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, contributing to research on Dye-Sensitised Solar Cells. Jonathan holds a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Bristol and a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Brunel University London, complemented by an MSci in Chemistry with Study in Continental Europe from the University of Bristol. Education began at Lycée International de Saint-Germain-en-Laye in France, where Jonathan completed the Option International du Baccalauréat.
