Pashman Taheri has a diverse work experience in procurement and project management. They began their career as an intern at Voith Turbo, where they gained experience in operative project management. They then worked as a tutor in electro engineering at Westfälische Hochschule. Pashman also worked as a self-employed project manager at PashTah Project&Event, overseeing various projects until 2018. They joined Kautex Textron as a technical purchasing student and later held roles in strategic purchasing and program procurement. Pashman then moved to Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf, where they served as a manager in sourcing payments and senior manager in professional services and IT hardware and software procurement. Currently, Pashman is the Head of Indirect Procurement IT, HR, Professional Services at Deichmann.

Pashman Taheri has a Master of Science degree in Automotive Engineering and Management from the University of Duisburg-Essen, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Pashman also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Engineering from Westfälische Hochschule, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016.
