Peter Toth has extensive work experience in various executive roles in the retail industry. Peter began their career at Zehnder Group International AG as the Sales Director in Hungary from 1998 to 2001. Peter then joined Lidl in Germany and held several positions, including Regional Managing Director, Division Manager of Expansion, Development, and Property, COO and Executive Board Member of Sales, and finally COO and Executive Board Member of Expansion, Development, and Property for Lidl Hungary. During their time at Lidl, they were responsible for the growth and development of sales and operations, expansion, real estate, construction, and procurement. Since 2018, they have been serving as the CEO and Managing Director at Deichmann Hungary.

Peter Toth attended the Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Master's degree in Civil Engineering. Peter also attended the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering.
