Prior roles include Technical Development Engineer at DEK Technologies Group, where responsibilities encompassed operating system and driver development for Ericsson's R&D projects, and Embedded Systems Engineer at Staer Sistemi, focusing on embedded software for Remote Terminal Units in SCADA systems. Earlier career highlights include positions as Embedded System Engineer at Ericsson, contributing to the design of systems for third-generation telecom networks, and Embedded Software Engineer at Alenia Difesa, working on software for military aircraft. Ondrej began the career as a Software Engineer at Offnet, developing business software for telecom services. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Electronics from Technische Universität Berlin.
