Noor-e-Alam Siddiquee is an accomplished professional in the field of merchandising with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the General Manager of Merchandising at DEKKO ISHO GROUP since October 2010, Noor-e-Alam leads a team of 50, focusing on product development and sourcing based on market demands. Previous roles include Deputy General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed management decision-making and process implementation, and Assistant General Manager, with a focus on new buyer development and ensuring on-time shipments. Notable earlier positions were held at AMAN TEX LIMITED and Interfab Shirt Manufacturing Ltd, emphasizing customer acquisition, product development, and supply chain management. Noor-e-Alam holds an MBA in Marketing from IBA, Dhaka University, and a B.Sc. in Textile Sciences and Engineering from the College of Textile Technology, Dhaka University.
