Diana Gorshe has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Diana'smost recent role was as the VP of Customer Planning & Insights at Del Monte Foods, Inc., where they started in January 2022. Prior to joining Kraft Foods, they worked at Ralphs Grocery Company as a Buyer and Marketing Analyst from 1987 to 1989.

Diana's earliest work experience was at Super A Foods, Inc, where they served as a Merchandising Assistant from 1985 to 1987.

Diana Gorshe attended California State University-Fullerton from 1982 to 1984, earning a BA in Communications with a focus on Advertising. Prior to this, from 1980 to 1982, Diana studied Flim Studies at UCLA.

Del Monte Foods is one of the largest producers and distributors of canned fruits and vegetables in the U.S. Brands include Del Monte, Contadina, College Inn. Pet products include Meow Mix, 9Lives and Milk-Bone. Formed in 1916, the business was purchased by management in 1990 from RJR Nabisco. Investor group Texas Pacific Group acquired the company in 1997. Two years later the company went public. In March 2011, the company was acquired by a group of private equity investors led by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts in a deal worth $5.3 billion.
