Cesar Silano

Cesar Silano is an experienced industrial maintenance technician currently working at DeLaval since July 2022. Prior to this role, Cesar served as an Oil Production Superintendent at Emx Petropiar (Pdvsa - Chevron) from October 2017 to March 2024, overseeing significant production levels. Additional experience includes positions such as Superintendent of Plant Processes at Emx Petropiar and Production/Well Testing Engineer at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. from August 2007 to October 2015. Cesar also worked as a Specialist in Oil Production at Schlumberger from 2003 to 2007 and as a Maintenance Supervisor at TEIKOKU OIL S&G from January 2001 to January 2003.
