Crystal Guan

Crystal (Yingna) Guan is an experienced sourcing and purchasing professional with a strong background in global sourcing and supply chain management within various industries, including dairy, oil and gas, and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Global Sourcing Manager at DeLaval since June 2022, Crystal previously held the position of Global Sourcing Manager for the Metal Category at DeLaval Tianjin from March 2016 to May 2022. Prior to these roles, experience includes serving as Sourcing & Purchasing Manager at Tectubi Raccordi SpA and Senior Global Sourcing Engineer at Motorola, along with a background as a Senior CSR at Nypro AB. Crystal holds a post-graduate degree in Enterprise Management from Tianjin Finance & Economy University and a degree from Tianjin Foreign Studies University.
