Michal Szyksznian

Michal Szyksznian is a Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Designer with extensive experience at DeLaval since April 2015, focusing on design, troubleshooting, and technical documentation for new and existing products. Responsibilities include redesigning products, managing product lifecycle and data, conducting failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and overseeing technical documentation for electric boxes related to drive units. Previous roles include internships at Bombardier, Logicon, and Hutmen SA, where Michal gained valuable exposure to industry practices.
