Nancy Charlton

Nancy Charlton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in veterinary medicine and project management within the dairy industry. Since October 2016, Nancy has served as a Senior Advisor and Project Manager for DeLaval, contributing to the Dairy Management Advisory Team. In addition, Nancy has been a Large Animal Veterinarian at Charlton Veterinary Professional Corporation since September 2001, specializing in food animal care with a focus on dairy calves and cows, and has recently embraced automation in dairy cattle management. Previously, Nancy held the position of Herd Management Specialist at DeLaval from 2010 to January 2016. Nancy holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Guelph.
