Valerie Binner

Valerie Binner possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as SVP Human Resources at DeLaval since November 2017. In addition, Valerie Binner is the Owner of VCKB since September 2016. Prior roles include Executive Vice President of HR at Elekta AB from August 2015 to December 2016, and Executive Vice President of Global HR at Dometic from June 2010 to July 2015. Valerie Binner has also held significant positions at AstraZeneca, including Global HR Director for Drug Development and Project Delivery, as well as various leadership roles in Learning & Development. Earlier in the career, Valerie Binner worked at Accenture and Procter & Gamble, where roles ranged from Senior Manager to Project Manager. Valerie Binner holds an MBA from IMD and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from the University of Stockholm.
