Bailee Staton

Bailee Staton, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR functions. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Delaware Nation Industries since April 2021, Bailee previously held roles as a Human Resources Coordinator and in various capacities at ACS Manufacturing, Inc. from June 2017 to April 2021, including Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant. In the role of Human Resources Assistant, Bailee coordinated a range of HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits data entry, and recruiting. Bailee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, graduating between 2019 and 2021.
