Andy Wilkinson

Andy Wilkinson is an experienced professional in IT and procurement management, currently serving as Procurement Systems Manager at Delaware North since September 2023. Prior to this role, Andy held various positions, including System Administrator at Boparan Restaurant Group from September 2020 to September 2023 and IT Operations Manager at Carluccio's from June 2019 to May 2020. With a solid background in retail EPOS management at rhubarb food and extensive experience as a Concept & POS Installer/Trainer at Micros-Fidelio UK Ltd and Micros Systems, Andy has developed a strong skill set in system installation and training. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Duty Manager at Slough Community Leisure. Andy graduated from Birmingham City University with a 2:2 degree in Leisure Management in 1997.
