Barbara Wagner

Barbara Wagner is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at the Delaware River Port Authority since January 2019, providing high-level, confidential support and acting as a liaison to Board Members, Senior Staff, and Human Resources. Prior to this role, Barbara spent over 14 years as a Senior Paralegal at Cozen O'Connor and held various paralegal positions at Tomar Law Firm, Locks Law Firm, and Riley, D'Camillo, Shovlin & Jones. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Thomas Edison State University, along with certificates in Paralegal Studies from Harris School of Business and Leadership from Rowan College of South Jersey.
