Founded in 1990, DVC offers transportation for earth-moving operations throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. DVC operates an extensive fleet and can transport a wide range of materials, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials, soil, sand, stone, salt, and asphalt.
