Leon is also the CEO of Delbridge Solutions, specializing in Corporate Technologies for Performance Management solutions. Prior to this, Leon was the CEO of Obero SPM, which was acquired by Xactly Corporation, and held leadership roles at IBM and Clarity Systems in the field of Performance Management Services and Business Unit Executive. Leon holds an MBA in Information Technology/Operations from Schulich School of Business - York University and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
