Richard Bullock has over three decades of experience in the engineering and project management fields. Currently serving as the Manager of the Capital Projects Division at Delegat Ltd since January 2002, Richard has previously held positions at Capital & Coast District Health Board as a Project Engineer and at Beca Consultants as a Senior Engineer. In addition, Richard served as a Technical Advisor at Ciputra Group and progressed from Graduate Engineer to Senior Engineer at Beca. Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury, completed in 1987.
