Richa Tiwari

Richa Tiwari is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Director of Mega Gateway Operations at Delhivery since March 2022, after holding the role of Senior Operations Manager within the same company. Prior to Delhivery, Richa Tiwari worked at Mahindra Logistics from July 2019 to April 2022 as an Operations Manager and previously as a Deputy Manager in Operations. Richa Tiwari began a career in the aviation industry with Jet Airways, serving as an Inflight Executive from January 2009 to March 2019. Richa Tiwari holds an Executive MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, completed in September 2021.
