Megan Minor is an experienced professional in research and public policy, currently serving as the Director for Research and Public Policy at Delineate since May 2022. Previously, Megan worked as a Senior Consultant at Resultant, where responsibilities included managing a team focused on COVID-19 data and informing state policy decisions. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Associate Consultant at the University of Pittsburgh, supporting professors with research and publications, and as an Intelligence Analyst at the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance, investigating cyber crimes. Early career experiences include project management at KSM Consulting through the Orr Fellowship and various tutoring and internship roles. Megan holds a Master of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from DePauw University.
