Leilani Dashner, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging Manager at Delivery Associates, leading the DEIB strategy for a public sector consulting firm with over 250 employees across more than 40 countries. Prior to this role, Leilani was the Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner at Vendr, where responsibilities included developing D&I strategies for a global workforce. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist for the Town of Morrisville, a Human Resources Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and various positions at San Joaquin County, including Employment Training Specialist and Mental Health Specialist. Leilani holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia College.
