Jaynene Hapanowicz is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in driving transformation and managing large-scale IT operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Technology Transformation at Dell since December 2013, Jaynene leads initiatives in automation, AI, and ML while overseeing various facets of Business Process, IT Automation, and Enterprise Architecture. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Infrastructure and Platform Engineering at Dell, where Jaynene managed a team of over 1,800 and directed global operations for IT systems and infrastructure. Jaynene also held executive positions at Wyndham Worldwide and Cendant Corporation, focusing on IT services, vendor management, and infrastructure engineering. Academic qualifications include a BA in Political Science and Urban Economics from Canisius University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Buffalo State University.
