Jim Kelley is a seasoned sales and strategy leader with extensive experience in the IT and federal sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Center Sales & Strategy at Dell EMC since May 2014, Jim specializes in accelerating IT transformation for federal customers through advanced data center technology solutions. Previously, Jim held the position of Vice President of Business Development at MULTI SERVICES GROUP INTERNATIONAL, where responsibilities included business expansion and relationship management with federal agencies. Jim's military career spanned over a decade with the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel while directing medical operations for the United States Southern Command. Jim holds a Master of Health Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Communications from the University of Texas at Austin, complemented by an active Top Secret SCI/DCID clearance and recognition as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
