From humble beginnings in the 1980’s where our Founder started importing high quality products from Europe to New Zealand, selling out of the back of a van under the Delmaine brand, we are still a family-owned company and our family philosophy extends right through our culture and to our people. That is why our team enjoy a clean working environment with state-of-the-art equipment, discounts on Delmaine products, secure parking and flexibles hours - whether that is start early or start later - wherever possible, we work our schedules around your schedule. 

We now have over 220 staff operating across two sites in Auckland, soon to be one, with most of our team being here for over 5 years!  We offer a wealth of career opportunities, on the job training and the genuine chance to expand your career.
