Lucia Durst is currently serving as a Clinical Research Recruitment Specialist at DelRicht Research since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lucia held the position of Research Assistant in the Department of Epidemiology at Tulane University from February 2022 to September 2023. In addition, Lucia contributed as a Teaching Assistant for the Tulane Community Tutor Program from January 2020 to May 2023 and interned at Citizens' Climate Lobby during the summer of 2022. Additional experience includes a Public Health Education Internship at the Southern Food and Beverage Museum in 2021 and lifeguarding at Bishops Bay Country Club from May 2019 to August 2020. Lucia holds two bachelor's degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, both from Tulane University, and is pursuing a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, expected to complete in 2025.
