Jeroen de Jonge is a seasoned quality engineer and energy champion with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the chemical and manufacturing industries. Currently employed at Delrin since September 2021, Jeroen previously served as a turnaround manager at DuPont Dordrecht from September 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, Jeroen held the position of process availability leader at SABIC Innovative Plastics, where responsibilities included investment management and change leadership. Jeroen's career also includes roles as quality and training supervisor at LyondellBasell, quality supervisor at Basell, and section team leader at Krohne Oil and Gas, all focused on quality management and operational efficiency. Earlier professional experience at INVISTA involved managing shift teams with a focus on HSEQ requirements, while Jeroen's tenure at DuPont from 1989 to 2005 included various engineering and supervisory positions, culminating in a Six Sigma Black Belt role. Jeroen holds certifications such as lead auditor ISO 9001 and Six Sigma Black Belt, along with a degree in middle management from the Nederlandse Management Stichting (Nemas).
