Neil Duggan has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Lead Engineer in Avionics & Component Engineering at Delta Air Lines since February 2012. Duggan has held several key positions at Delta, including Acting Manager of Component Reliability and Manager of MD88 Fleet Engineering. Prior to this, Duggan worked as an Aerospace Engineer at the FAA from 2008 to 2012 and held the role of Director of Quality Assurance for PMA and Aftermarket Aircraft Parts at AAR Corp between 2005 and 2008. Earlier in their career, Duggan spent 17 years at Delta Air Lines in various engineering management roles, including Manager of Landing Gear and Component Engineering. Duggan’s educational background includes studies at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1986 to 1988.
