David Bellevue

David Bellevue has extensive experience in software development and maintenance, currently serving as Lead Maintenance Developer at Delta Community Credit Union since February 2020, after a tenure as Software Developer from July 2019 to February 2020. Prior to this, David held the position of Application Developer at the Georgia Department of Public Safety from January 2018 to February 2020. David's long career at Verizon Communications spanned from 1994 to February 2020, where roles included MTS IV Consultant in Systems Engineering, Senior Staff Specialist in Platform Services, Staff Specialist for Y2K compliance, and Programmer Analyst for the Horizon Billing System. Key achievements include creating user-focused online knowledge bases and web-based tracking systems, as well as developing a consolidated billing system for businesses. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgia State University.
