Kurt Graves has over 30 years of work experience in sales, marketing, and product management in the building automation solutions industry. Kurt started their career in 1982 as an Inside Sales Engineer at Sauter Controls Ltd. Kurt then worked at Staefa Control System Ltd. as a Product Support Engineer from 1983 to 1986. Kurt joined Sauter Building Control Schweiz AG in 1986 as a Product Manager and later moved to Staefa Control System AG in 1987 for the same role. In 1991, they joined Delta Controls Inc. as a Marketing Manager and held various leadership positions such as International Business Development Manager, International Inside Sales Manager, Global Inside Sales Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Global Inside Sales.
Kurt Graves studied Electrical Engineering at Imperial College - University of London from 1979 to 1982, where they earned a BSc. (Eng) degree. Prior to that, they attended Windsor Boys School in Hamm, Germany from 1974 to 1979.
