Julie Ledger has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Julie started their career at Opus North Corporation, where they worked as an Assistant Project Manager before being promoted to Project Manager and eventually to Director of Project Management. During this time, they successfully completed 15+ commercial construction projects and developed a corporate-wide training and onboarding process for new hires. In 2011, Julie joined Opus Development Corporation as Vice President & General Manager, where they played a key role in growing the real estate development business in the Milwaukee office. Julie developed an $87M real estate development and sold $13M in design-build construction projects. In 2015, Julie joined Delta Defense LLC, initially serving as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in June 2019.
