Prior roles include Accounting Manager, where Mickey led a team in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings, and Controller at Washington Casualty Company, successfully managing financial reporting and audit processes. Mickey holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, enhancing a strong foundation in financial management. Additionally, Mickey is an active member of Toastmasters International, focusing on public speaking skills.
